Returns and Exchanges
Metro Uniforms values your business and will accept any item(s) if you're not completely satisfied up to 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Unfortunately, all items must not be worn, washed, altered, or monogrammed in order to qualify. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Allow 14 days for us to process your return. Return Postage must be prepaid or will not be accepted. Send your return along with your required Return Authorization to:

Please note exceptions to the return policy:
    * PERSONALIZED ITEMS (EMBROIDERED/IMPRINTED/ENGRAVED) ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
    * Apparel & Shoes: Apparel items without personalization (embroidered/imprinted/engraved) and shoes can be returned within 30 days of receipt in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
    * Surgical / Personal Protection Masks: Masks cannot be returned.
    * Hosiery: Support and fashion hosiery cannot be returned.
    * Diabetes, Oral Care, and Personal Care Products: For sanitary reasons, stethoscopes, diabetes test kits, oral care products, personal care products (i.e. breast pumps, thermometers, etc.) and components may only be returned to us within 30 days if UNUSED, RESALABLE, and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Any opened products in this category are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
    * Other Items: All other non-apparel items without personalization (embroidered/imprinted/engraved) may only be returned within 30 days of receipt if RESALABLE and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Return Criteria
In order to return an item, the item must not worn, washed, altered, or monogrammed in order to qualify. Please send all returns with proper documentation including the original packing slip and the return authorization number printed clearly on the packing slip and have all original manufacturers tags in original condition. AND That's it! If you don't like the color, or the size isn't just right, or if you simply changed your mind, you can send it back, no questions asked!


Return Authorization
In order to return an item, we must receive the merchandise within 30 days of the receipt of your order. We will get back to you within 2-3 business days with a return authorization (RA) number that must be included with your return, as well as the address of our return center, where all returns must be shipped. We will issue a return authorization for any reason within returns criteria; however, we absolutely DO NOT accept unauthorized returns. Returns that are sent back without an authorization, or are not sent to the correct Return center address, will not be returned to you, and your account will not be credited, no exceptions. Metrouniforms.com strives to keep our prices as low as possible. In the event that a returns merchandise authorization totals over $150.00 for a single order, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.


Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to issue you a Return Authorization and place a new replacement order for you. By creating a new order you get your new items much faster and do not have to wait for the transit period of your return package. We will charge you for the new items and credit you for the return items within 14 days of receipt in our warehouse. We will issue a credit directly to the credit card that the purchase was made with. For new replacement orders, we will honor free shipping for any new order that totals over $50.00 (merchandise). You may return your item(s) in original condition within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise. Unfortunately, all items must not be worn, washed, altered, or monogrammed in order to qualify. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. A Return Authorization is required for any return item(s). Return postage must be prepaid or will not be accepted. Returning or Exchanging a Gift
We cannot credit anyone other than the original credit card holder in the event of a return. If you have received an item as a gift, and you would like to return it, you have two options. You can contact the person who gave you the gift, and have them arrange a return, or you can contact us directly with the original order number of your item, or name of the person who purchased it for you, and we can issue you a return authorization. Once the items are received, we can issue you a store credit for the purchase price of the items returned.


Returning an Incorrect or Defective Item
We stand by our products and carry only manufacturers who are known for their high quality merchandise. In the event you receive an incorrect or defective item please let us know right away. We will reorder the correct items for you, and send them out as soon as possible at no extra charge. If we determine that the error was ours, we will also credit your account for shipping charges to send the incorrect items back to us. Please note: We regret that occasionally some manufacturers can have slight differences in color, even in items that are the same color code. We cannot take responsibility for this issue. You are welcome to return items if there are some differences in color; however, we regret that we will not be able to cover the shipping costs in these cases. Please note, if an item is sent back to us that is not in original condition (e.g. tags not attached, washed, worn) we cannot accept it for return, and we cannot guarantee that it can be returned to you. It takes up to 14 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. I love these scrubs! The fabric is so soft without being heavy. The design is very user friendly with plenty of pockets. Size is true to fit. You don't feel like you are wearing your "hospital pajamas" in these scrubs. They are my new favorite brand and worth full price.
