To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information. We do not accept orders through email. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders by mail. We do not currently have a catalog available.
P.O.Boxes
Currently, we do not provide shipping to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
Payment
We accept Mastercard, American Express, Visa and Discover through our secure on-line checkout process. Credit cards are processed immediately after order is placed. This ensures that you receive your merchandise in the shortest amount of time. If an item is not available, or is cancelled for any other reason after the time of purchase, the amount will be refunded to the card.

We offer a Flat Rate Shipping of $8.95 to residents in the contiguous United States. Hawaii and Alaska resident please contact us for alternative shipping rates.
Shipping Times
Our highly trained staff generally is able to ship within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Please allow extra time for holidays and weekends. Orders placed on Friday afternoon will begin to be processed on Monday (or next business day). These times are assuming that the item you ordered is in stock. Please allow extra time for backordered items. In the event of a long delay, we will notify you about the status of your order and give you options on how to handle your order. Special requests for shipping are at UPS's (or comparable shipping company) discretion.
Delivery Schedule
Please note that we reserve the right to use either UPS or USPS services for delivery. MetroUniforms will choose the equivalent level of delivery services that the customer chose in ordering. If you have a preference in your delivery services, please indicate it in the notes or give us a call toll-free: 1-877-463-8864.
USPS Priority generally takes 2-3 days. We realize that you want your order promptly. In some instances we reserve the right to ship UPS Ground Shipping. UPS Ground generally takes no more than 5 business days, anywhere in the United States , unless there is an address error. Please be very careful to enter your address exactly, including apartment numbers.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from metrouniforms.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Tracking Orders
Once we have shipped your order, you will be emailed a UPS or USPS Tracking Number. You can track your item with the provided USPS Tracking Number by visiting www.ups.com or www.USPS.com . If you have not received your tracking number for more than 5 Business days after order-placement, please contact us.
Partial Shipments
If you just received your order, and all of your ordered items are not included, please be patient. We often pack and ship orders that contain several items in separate boxes. Occasionally, the packages arrive on different days, even if we shipped them at the same time with the same tracking number.
Backordered Items
This means the product you ordered has been more popular than we anticipated and we temporarily are out-of-stock. We make every effort to ship your entire order at the same time. However, if some products are backordered, we did not want to hold up your entire order and shipped you the in-stock products. We ship backordered products when available and will immediately email you the anticipated shipping date. We expect most backordered items to be available within 30 days. You are billed only once for shipping and processing at the beginning of your order in the event you receive multiple shipments.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not provide shipping to addresses outside the Continental United States.
Canceling and Modifying Orders
If your order has not been processed we would be happy to make changes to your order. Simply fill out the contact form and include changes you wish to make. However, once the order has been placed we are unable to make changes to it. We ask that you double-check your quantities, sizes, and colors before placing your order. The exception is in the event that your order has backordered items. If an item is backordered, you may request that it be cancelled, and we will cancel and refund your card unless the item has already shipped.

Returns must be sent back with the original packing slip, and the return authorization number typed or printed clearly on the packing slip and has all original manufacturers tags in original condition. That's it! If you don't like the color, or the size isn't just right, or if you just changed your mind, you can send it back, no questions asked!

By creating a new order you get your new items much faster and do not have to wait for the transit period of your return package. We will charge you for the new items and credit you for the return items within 14 days of receipt in our warehouse. We will issue a credit directly to the credit card that the purchase was made with. For new replacement orders, we will honor free shipping for any new order that totals over $50.00. You may return your item(s) in original condition within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise. Unfortunately, all items must not be worn, washed, altered, or monogrammed in order to qualify. We cannot credit anyone other than the original credit card holder in the event of a return. If you have received an item as a gift, and you would like to return it, you have two options. You can contact the person who gave you the gift, and have them arrange a return, or you can contact us directly with the original order number of your item, or name of the person who purchased it for you, and we can issue you a return authorization. Once the items are received, we can issue you a store credit for the purchase price of the items returned.
Returning an Incorrect or Defective Item
We stand by our products and carry only manufacturers who are known for their high quality merchandise. In the event you receive an incorrect or defective item please let us know right away. We will reorder the correct items for you, and send them out as soon as possible at no extra charge. If we determine that the error was ours, we will also credit your account for shipping charges to send the incorrect items back to us.
Please note: We regret that occasionally some manufacturers can have slight differences in color, even in items that are the same color code. We cannot take responsibility for this issue. You are welcome to return items if there are some differences in color; however, we regret that we will not be able to cover the shipping costs in these cases.
